False bombardier beetle

Galerita bicolor

Notes:

Despite the word "false" in its common name, this beetle does, indeed, have chemical defense like the bombardier beetles. According to 1997 article, this beetle has "a pair of abdominal defensive glands that secrete a mixture of formic acid, acetic acid, and lipophilic components (long-chain hydrocarbons and esters)."
