Coprinellus micaceus
Found in the base of several trees growing together next to a creek.
In the second picture you can see the glittering flakes that give this mushroom it's common name, Mica Cap.

Thanks Argybee! I posted another picture showing the flakes that cover these mushrooms. They are usually washed off by rain so I consider myself lucky to have caught them before that happened.
