Description:

Exotic invasive: pull roots & all out by the handfuls everywhere you see it! Spreads uncontrollably. Edible! Makes awesome pesto, nice & garlicky (hence its name). Brought over by early European settlers for food use.

Habitat:

Forest understory, ditches, "marginal" and "disturbed" areas.
