Limonium cossonianum

Description:

Perennial plant 40-80 cm tall, with rosette of basal leaves spatulate, the lower usually dry, upper glaucous, somewhat folded longitudinally, more or less covered with salt. Stems thin, flexible, branched from half height, resulting in inflorescences with several grouped flowers. Flowers small, calyx scarious, persistent, with five petals, white or blue, notched at the tip.

Habitat:

Salt marshes and open fields with high salt content.
