Notes:

This baby bird must have fell out of a tree. I think it is a blue jay.

That little guy (or gal) looks like it is a fledgeling. When young birds leave the nest they are not very graceful. The parent birds will continue to feed them for a time. Eventually, the young bird will get strong enough to fly with the parents (or get eaten by a predator).
It looks like a Black-capped Chickadee. Nice spot!
