Eucorysses grandis
Strikingly yellowish orange bug, simply stands out against the green leaves, very difficult to avoid those hungry birds - may be remaining still under the leaves, secreting some foul smell, being poisonous to them or too large to swallow for most smaller birds! Almost an inch long (about 25 mm). One prominent black dot on the thorax and three brush strokes: one on the middle and one each on the sides of the body. Has dark purplish legs and a pair of antennae.
Bush near by a river. Low altitude.
Bush near Rani Khola (the queen river). Low altitude. The 3rd post is with 50D with Macro, rest are with Samsung Galaxy S3.
Wow bayucca, you managed to pick up one among the billions of stars! Good news for Daniele. Thanks anyway for the time consuming research, references and finally the definite ID.
Yes it is indeed Pentatomoidae and Scutelleridae, Eucorysses grandis.

Thanks Daniele for the best wishes. For my earlier post - again along the same river - bayucca suggested Pentatomoidae, a Jewel Bug, and said but no exact match. I think I should hang around the same.
