Cow's Parsley

Anthriscus sylvestris

Description:

Tall herbaceous plant with small white flowers arranged in bunches called umbels, can grow at least a meter tall. Can grow very fast, which means it can be a weed when it pops up in gardens. Take care not to confuse with the very similar but poisonous Hemlock.

Habitat:

Usually found in semi-sunny areas like meadows, and the edges of woodland and hedgerows. Often seen by the side of the road.

Notes:

Just testing project Noah mobile app! There are a lot of these along the side of my road, I think they're so dainty.
