Fresh bat dropping

Description:

Guano! What did this bat have for dinner? One photo cropped in two ways... the full frame has an unidentified millipede.

Habitat:

Guano (via Spanish, ultimately from the Quechua wanu, meaning 'dung') is the excrement (feces and urine) of seabirds, cave dwelling bats, and seals. Guano manure is an effective fertilizer due to its high levels of phosphorus and nitrogen and also its lack of odor. It was an important source of nitrates for gunpowder. Soil that is deficient in organic matter can be made more productive by addition of this manure. -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guano

Looks like fig seeds (Ficus sp.)

These were the bats doing the droppings... too far away to make an ID:

Oh, I just notice there is an insect already working on the dropping in the 1st crop.

Yes, they are fruit bats. Their eyes reflected back when light is shined on them like cats and other animals with eyes adapted for night vision.
