Description:

Indian rose beetle (Adoretus versutus) is a polyphagous insect that causes damage to several crops including cocoa, avocados, oranges, papayas, citrus fruits, banana. Adults feed on the leaves of plants in Hibiscus and Rose families. The larve feed on the roots of various plants but not considered a pest.
