Description:

This plant has a green-grey hue to it. Its rough, almost vine-like. It absorbs water and nutrients from the air around it.

Habitat:

This plant is commonly found it tropical/subtropical environments. This plant is commonly found hanging off of tree branches. It's found both in the wild and hung in trees or racks by humans. This particular plant was found by a house on Pinao Street, and according to the people living in the house, the plant has been growing there for nearly 4 years.

Notes:

Hawaiians call this Pele's hair, for it supposedly resembles the hair of the Hawaiian volcano and lava goddess Pele.
