yes Viv,in portugal the local governements take care and created new's gardens in every public space avalable,it's a tradition to have flowers all arround,the houses,have gardens,flowers in the window(specialy in the big citys)we are a flower country,great climatic conditions,not very cold,so it's one of our's best traditions:) and in the fields this time of the year is spectacular
There are some beautiful flower plantings in your area I guess made by the local government.
thanks Viv for the id,the strong colour it was what take my eyes, from the egde of the gardens i saw this orange cloud in the meadle ,it was irrestible :),
