Thanks Karen for the amazing info and help....I narrowed it down to Two Choices between a Woodland Skipper (Ochlodes sylvanoides) and Fiery Skipper (Hylephila phyleus)....but I am pretty sure its the former.

You can check out the Hesperiidae species & see if you can find an excat match.
Its a Skipper butterfly for sure! It will take a bit of searching but you might be able to find the species as well. Nice find!
