Bird

Description:

It looks a lot like a Citrine wagtail but the face is half yellow and half gray; which is confusing me. The belly is white but the neck has patches of yellow. Vent region is yellow. This is similar colouration to Citrine wagtail.

Habitat:

On an electric line by the roadside.

Notes:

I would love it if my birder friends on PN can confirm if it is a juvenile Citrine wagtail...it turned so obligingly to give me a front shot that I think it wants me to learn its name. THANKS.
