Calopteryx maculata

Third Photo is the stream that runs through the deciduous woods at the backside of the property, previously there were beaver living there, which is why you see all the dead fall across the stream. This will all be removed by the end of the summer. The Dragonfly was found on the edge of the stream on the leaves of a native blackberry bush.
