Description:

i spotted this moth in my yard yesterday. it's quite a big one. body length about 50mm. i was impressed with it's long orange eye bows. very impressive!!

Actually maybe it's an agrotis? I think I'm getting closer... Moths are hard.

I think it is in the Anthelinae family, but I'm still trying ...
