Geranium maculatum
Spotted at the Lurie Garden in Chicago. I'm thinking it is a geranium, but not sure.
Travis I put + for your suggestion... Their anthers are are identical. My guessed flowers are very tiny... and no match with these...

Plantaginaceae is new family classified in which plant is newly added if this is of Stemodia sp.
My guess is Stemodia sp. from Scrophulariaceae
