Plebejus acmon
This is a small light gray butterfly with orange and black spots. There are teal rings around some black spots along the outside edge of the bottom wings. When it flew off, it was gray/blue on the inside. "Male distinguished from the similar Lupine Blue (called Plebejus lupini by Nearctica.com but Icaricia lupini by CBIF) by the paler blue upperside of wings, and the absence of a dark discal spot on the upperside of the hindwings." - BugGuide
On an unknown plant that was covered in Dodder. "Restricted mostly to California and Oregon, whereas the range of the similar Lupine Blue extends over most of western US and adjacent parts of Canada." - BugGuide

Gorgeous!
I totally agree with the Melisa ID. I'll have to get out to Daley Ranch!
