Amanita strobiliformis
Fungus growing on fungus. Pin mold growing on pale white mushroom. The mushroom has remnant universal veil on the cap. The white stipe has a yellow skirt. The white gills appear very brittle.
I suspect an Amanita strobiliformis. Thanks Alex for confirmation. The pin mold may be feeding on bird droppings that landed on the cap.

Thanks Alex for you useful feedback.
the white mold is a fungus of the phylum: zygomycota. a well know ralted species is the "bonnet mold fungi / spinellus fusiger". But because they all look fairly similiar, does it have do be examinated and determined onder the microscope.
The mushroom could have been an "amanita" {like Amanita strobiliformis} or not so likely a member of the "lepiota" family
Slug, snails and rodents love to alter a mushroom this way !!
Yes, this looks like snail grazing but there's also many small holes and chips in the gills.
pic 6 is very interesting - whatever it was obviously loved consuming the gills..
