The juvenile red-shouldered don't have the vertical streaking on the breast, they have diamond like patterns instead.

Some of the references I googled look like Cooper's. Pretty brave bird, I got within a few feet of it and it just looked at me! So cool!

Pretty sure it's an immature cooper's hawk, but those thin legs make me want to say sharp-shinned. Streaking on the breast isn't right for sharp-shinned though
