I agree, Maria--exciting as it might be to see one (I'd sure be glued to the window with binoculars!) that sort of thing usually ends badly for the bear.

Thanks, Patty. Ursulav, a friend of mine in Hillsborough had one in her yard raiding the bird feeders. It didn't seem to stay around long, however. It would be exciting but it's better that they stay out of the urban areas.
