Phallus impudicus

Description:

This fallic shape fungi have the fruiting body white with a slimy, dark olive colored conical head.It's call gleba, the head contains the spores and is transported by insects which are attracted by the intense bad odor. Pic 5 show the inicial egg stage,i take it one week before the other ones.

Habitat:

Spotted in a mix forest near my house.

Thanks for your kind words Deny,yes it's a similar species,the bambu fungus is call Phallus indusiatus and it have a veil,is common name is Veiled Lady.
