Trionychidae
Trionychidae é uma família de tartarugas de água doce cujos membros são popularmente chamados de tartarugas-de-casco-mole, devido ao fato de sua carapaça não possuir escamas, sendo mais mole e flexível que a das outras tartarugas. Esses animais tem hábitos carnívoros, se alimentando de peixes, crustáceos, anfíbios e moluscos. Elas possuem um pescoço extremamente longo e um focinho em forma de snorkel, o que as permite ficar com o corpo submerso e ainda respirar, mantendo as narinas para fora d'água.
São encontrados nos rios e lagos da América do Norte, África e Ásia.

Yes please post those, we would love to see your pets :) Also I am very happy to hear your future plan....you will make a great Biologist I am sure of it. Just keep doing well in your studies and very soon you will be working with these wonderful animals and taking their photographs all the time :)
Thanks, I'm aware you said :) I'll try to take some pictures of turtles, I have two in my house, I'm in Grade 1 and when they finish school I will do Biologcias Sciences.
That is really great that you love turtles, I do as well :) and maybe someday you will post pictures of turtles that you have taken yourself. Unfortunately because of copyright laws we have to delete this photograph. We look forward to seeing photographs from you in the future :)
