White moth with very tiny black dots on bottom of wings.
bayucca is correct but when i looked closely i saw a pair of two black dots on each wing then i searched on google and it told me that the species name is "congrua"
Agreeing with bayucca ... Your I'd is one of the likely suspects, but the focus on the photo makes it tough tomsay for sure
Spilosoma is probably correct, but I wouldn't dare to get down to species level with this unsharp shot without any markings visible.
