I wasn't sure about the rust-colored rump of the bird--I hadn't seen that in Catbirds before.

They are in the same family as Mockingbirds and such and tend to mimic other bird songs. They repeat the songs differently than Mockingbirds and they also have a distinctive mew call that can sound very much like a Cat (hence the name).
