Notes:

This photo was taken at the Bird Park in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná (Brasil). We did spot a toucan in the wild, however, unfortunately we were not quick enough to catch a picture. I may have a short video clip though. Amazingly, the beak is actually quite spongy to the touch. I would have assumed it to be harder and more like the texture of keratin.
