Carolina anole

Anolis carolinensis

Notes:

Often found on our front porch when we lived in NC. They would hang out in my potted Zinnia flowers and catch bugs, sleep in my spider plants and even managed to get inside on a few occasions. Easy to catch and dont mind human contact as long as you are gentle. This one hung out on my husband for quite some time, perhaps enjoying his body heat.
