Prisopodidae, Prisopodinae, Prisopus sp., there are several species found in Costa Rica, like Prisopus berosus or Prisopus biolleyi. Can't get closer from this picture, sorry.

I just saw this guy (or one like him) about an hour north in Playa Avellanas, Costa Rica. It's hard to see in the pic, but he has 2 sets of wings folded under him. I think they are transparent, like a grasshopper's. I'll upload more pics if I can.
