Zizeeria knysna is an butterfly from the Mediterranean and Africa and not found in Canada. It is definitely a Hairstreak/Lycaenidae but I dont' think it is possible to get an ID. Picture is not sharp enough and in these Blues each spot has its importance and for that you have to see them more clearly. Most probably it is a one from the subfamily Polyommatinae. Could be a Plebejus sp. (Plebejus anna??), Zizula sp., Glaucopsyche sp. or Celastrina sp. But it is not really serious to get a genus.
