Orb-weaving Spider

Habitat:

In a space under the spreading boughs of a small paperbark bush by a park. Photographed at night, hence the shaky images. It was first sighted in a small web at night and has been noted several nights in the same spot although not in daylight

Notes:

There is considerable confusion as to the identity of this spider and it is not normally shown to include this part of Australia in its range.
