This is a species of Crane Fly, possibly a Tiger Crane Fly. I am not familiar with the species in your area though. I can tell you that as adults most species do not feed nor do they sting or bite. Yes, it is a Crane Fly.
I cannot identify this but the closest I can get is Nephrotoma flavescens.
