This is a female and she is laying eggs on Citrus. She is the small sister of the orchard swallowtail. AKA Dingy swallowtail but dainty is a much nicer name than Dingy, wouldn't you agree? This male I spotted was fiercely protecting his territory http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/826...
