Male water dragons get very colorful in mating season, this one has some stunning colors but I believe it is a water dragon. Good find.
Lisa.. I think it was to colorful for a water dragon.. It had a red underbelly..
Looks like a juvenile Water Dragon, Physignathus lesueurii.
