Summer mushrooms, as more people call in this species is edible and highly prized mushrooms. Bubble is 7-30 cm wide. The stem is 8-25 cm tall and up to 7 cm thick - quite large relative to the cap. As we age, becoming brown.

Very tasty and aromatic mushroom especially in combination with meat.
