Asmall moth: wingspan 19-21 mm. Forewing whitish to pale yellowish-brown with three dark brown triangular spots evenly spaced along the costa

Habitat:

In or near deciduous woods containing maples. Larvae feed on maples.

Notes:

adults fly in June and July
