Ipomoea purpurea
Purple flower on what is like a loooong viney stem.
I think it would be difficult to call with absolute certainty based on the fact that the sepals are not visible but based on the flower color and leaves , I would say it was Ipomoea hederacea and I have personally grown many different species of Morning Glories for over 4.5 decades...
