Description:

This small, brightly colored leafhopper is about 5 mm in length. Wingcovers are brilliant blue and red striped. Head is yellow with a black eye stripe. Legs and underside are yellow.

Habitat:

Found along open forested areas. This particular photo was taken near water in a boreal forest.
