I found this guy on the side walk on my way to work. He was pretty calm, and didn't seem to mind my taking his picture. I wish I had my Pentax to photograph him, but I'm glad I at least had my cell phone.
Toronto... They're everywhere in the city this time of year.

Even arci-form wing (=canicularis) vs. strongly bowed (=linnei)
Family Cicadidae to be sure... but that's were I get lost. I know that there are at least 2 species in my range.
