Description:

You can see my boot in the first photo for scale. When we find them washed up on the beach, we sometimes cut the pneumatocyst in half and cut the stipe several inches away from it and then use it as a horn. It is also edible.

Fossil Beach (Gulf of Alaska, North Pacific Ocean)
