I'd go for the Death Cap as well. (and basicly you can trust Vlad in his suggestions - he's quite awesome with it).
The Death Cap is called Grüner Knollenblätterpilz in Germany, meaning Green (not yellow) Amanita

Need to see base of stem (bulb). It's possible it's in the Amanita gemmata group.
