Paropsisterna annularis
This bright beetle is normally red and yellow but the red is entirely missing. Pale versions regularly occur so this is not unusual to encounter. The final two images show the usual coloring. First was found on the same leaf. The last is a great comparison showing subtle differences with a related beetle (P. gloriosa) found in Licola.
