Regal Moth

Citheronia regalis

Description:

This is the biggest moth I have ever seen in my area. My dad found him on the tomato plant and brought him in for me to photograph when I got home. Such beautiful colors! "Citheronia regalis The adult moth is the largest moth by mass in latitudes north of Mexico, as are the spectacular larva and the substantial pupa." - Wikipedia
