What a horrible name for such a cute little guy. And Hesperidae are among my favorites - but I have so much trouble with ID's. I still have no clue what the ones are that live near my house in Oregon

Hesperiidae, Pyrginae, Milanion sp., there are at least 7 species around in your area and all are very similar to almost identical. I cannot tell you for sure which one it is. Maybe an ID is only possible with DNA.
