Sympetrum genus
Large yellowish dragonfly, with black legs, large brown eyes and black markings on underpart of the abdomen.
Suburban area.
I suspect this is a female White-faced Meadowhawk, but differenciating with Ruby-faced, Cherry-faced Meadowhawks is rather difficult.
