It is a white-eared opossum, but not the white eared opossum. The Andean and Guianan were separated from D. albiventris in 2002. And Awesome spotting by the way.
If it is a young one (what I guess as well), colors might not be so strong yet. White ears, stripe on the head and dark stripe behind the eyes would match quite find. Need to be verified.
