Baby Song sparrows

Melospiza melodia

Description:

Baby song sparrows are small, and have dark brown, fluffy feathers. They’re have little beaks and tiny wings too. They had not opened their eyes yet and are hoping for food.

Habitat:

Adult song sparrows will fly all around, searching for food and nest materials. These baby’s were found in a nest on the side of a lake. They were sheltered by clumps of tall grass and cat tails.
