Milky Conecap?

Conocybe apala?

Description:

Found indoors in flowerpot of Naga jolokia chili plant. Submerged base of stem very bulbous. Stem about 6cm long and tapering; getting thinner towards the cap (about 3mm at cap and 7mm at base). Stem fairly brittle, obviously fibrous kind of like dry straw might be, and 'micaceus' (white powdery flecks see last image) particularly towards base. Gills are difficult to tell; probably either adnexed or free, medium brown darker where wet. Cap is brittle and either slightly silky to touch or slightly slimy. cap striately fibrous and fairly delicate and brittle. Cap about 3cm across. Taste and smell not distinctive. Thanks pouili for the suggestion Other similar-ish looking mushrooms I saw photos of: C. rickenii, C. subpubescens, C. juliana, C. rickeniana, Psathyrella conopilus
