Description:

Sexual Dimorphism: None, you can not tell the male from female unless you can see them up close and see their undersides clearly. Length: Between 380- 525mm Weight: Between 330 and 750g Color Gray to Brown.

Habitat:

Old growth forest mixed hardwoods, maple, oak and shagbark hickory. Shagbark Hickory are all near or over 200 years of age.

Thank you so very much YukoChartraw and Jellyfishnebula. My goal is more then to document a species in my area, my goal is for people who are marginally interested in wildlife to stop take notice of the beauty I try to capture and then perhaps become aware of and care about the wildlife around them.
