Turkey Vulture Tracks

Description:

Turkey vulture tracks can be found in many places, frequently near their feeding areas. They show three toes facing forward and one back. Claw marks sometimes show in the prints.

Habitat:

A riparian wildlife area along the edge of Lake Lewisville. This was spotted on a day hike along the edge of the lake traveling south and west.

Notes:

As the lake level declines there has been an increase in fish remains.
