Thank you Gilma and auntnance123. After some internet search, it looks like it's a cauliflower fungus, and it does grow in Washington. :) Thank you for the lead!
It looks a bit like cauliflower fungus, but I don't know if it grows in Washington.
White cabbage? I had some purple in my garden in California, it was lovely.
