Wing Span: 1 3/8 - 2 inches (3.5 - 5.1 cm).
Streamsides, meadows, forest openings. Caterpillar Hosts: Many different composites including black-eyed susan (Rudbeckia), sunflowers (Helianthus), and wingstem (Actinomeris alternifolia). Adult Food: Nectar from flowers of red clover, common milkweed, and dogbane.

Thanks! I'm particularly fond of these too. :) The series may look a bit random. But all of these pics were taken at the same time, within about 20 feet of each other.
